RC Renovations (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a joinery and renovation business based in Glasgow, Scotland, covering Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Hamilton, Bothwell and the surrounding areas. When you use our enquiry form, call, email or message us, we may collect:

• Your property area/location and details of the job you're enquiring about
• Any other information you choose to include in your message

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, and we don't require you to create an account to use this site.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a free survey or quote
• Communicate with you about a project you've asked us to quote or carry out

We keep enquiry and job-related data for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, meet accounting/legal obligations, and handle any warranty query, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
